Low Booking Deposit Offer
Secure your Burning Man RV early with a small deposit. This locks in your vehicle while you finalize tickets, travel plans, and camp details.
Most Burners use this option to reserve their RV months before the event.
Why Book Early for 2027
Booking early gives you:
- Best pricing (rates can rise weekly based on demand)
- Best availability (Reno & SF sell out first)
- Best choice of RV size and layout
If plans change, I’ll work with you to adjust dates or help with name changes when allowed.
Five Key Things to Know Before Renting
1. Book Asap
Rates can increase weekly as the event approaches. Early booking = best price + best selection.
Booking early can help offset Burning Man surcharges if they apply ($0–$1,000).
2. Power on the Playa
No hookups unless your camp provides them. RVs have generators—get the unlimited generator package. Campervans have no hook-ups, limited fridge life.
3. Return Date Warning
All rental locations are closed Labor Day Monday - Sep 6th .
SF Sept 7th return slots fill fastest.
4. Pickup Location Matters
Reno = limited + expensive
San Francisco = most popular
Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Denver, Phoenix, Seattle = often thousands cheaper
5. Private Rentals
Many private owners prohibit Burning Man.
Last‑minute cancellations are common—book with a permitted operator.
